Braziers Eco Campsite
- Braziers Park is an eco campsite.
- The toilets are all composting. Please use the urinals when possible as the nitrogen is very useful.
- Camp will provide 100% recycled paper and Braziers will provide sawdust (one handful of sawdust is plenty).
- There is hand washing and drinking water at each toilet – some taps are foot operated.
- Nappies, sanitary items and condoms should be put in bins – not into the toilet.
- Please bring ecologically friendly toiletries, (100% organic/biodegradable) washing liquids etc.
- The showers are heated by wood burning stoves and one of the daily volunteer tasks is to light the stoves every morning so the showers heat up for everyone.
- Braziers meadows are grazed by livestock and they have other livestock on site and lots of wildlife including ground nesting birds.
- Dogs are not allowed (with exception of assistance dogs, but this needs to be included / requested in your booking form).
